Introducing the Chocolate Fountain from Buffet Enhancements International Inc.

The American Chocolate Fountain™ has created new opportunities for party and event rentals featuring chocolate fountains.

The chocolate fountain is available in three sizes, a small (27") chocolate fountain will hold up to 10 lbs of chocolate a medium (35") chocolate fountain will hold up to 20 lbs and a large (40") also holding up to 20 lbs, all are designed to handle any food product that can be reduced to the flowing consistency of fondue.

Features of these models include:

• 304 food grade stainless steel construction.
• Tiers slide on and off center tube. No set screws to tighten or loose.
• NEW Direct drive motor. No belts.
• Heavy Duty main shaft bearing.
• NEW "Quiet Crown" - New top crown with our exclusive silent running feature. (Medium and large models)
• Measuring: 10.5"x27”, 16"x35” and 16"x35” respectively
• Versatile and ruggedly built for years of reliable commercial service.

Setting up a chocolate fountain takes only minutes and operation could not be easier. The heavy duty fountain maintains chocolate at an ideal temperature (approx 105-110°). The precision stainless steel auger re circulates the warm chocolate up through the fountain and back down over the stainless steel tiers.

The upper tier unit and auger disassembles for easy cleaning. Simply remove the top cap, stainless steel auger, outer tube and tiers, then place in the dishwasher for easy cleaning and sterilization.
